Dear Valued Patient, We are pleased to announce that Jordan Neumann, NP, will be returning to practice via telemedicine starting April 10th. While she will be gradually building her schedule back up, we know many of you have missed her compassionate care, creative insights, and the positive energy she brings to our practice. Over the past few months, Jordan has taken time to be with her family following the heartbreaking loss of her sweet son, Connor. While she continues to navigate the profound grief of this loss, she is also eager to return to patient care—a vital creative outlet and source of purpose that she deeply cherishes. We understand that her absence has been deeply felt, and we truly appreciate your love, support, and prayers during this difficult time. As Jordan reintegrates into her practice, we kindly ask that you refrain from asking specific questions about Connor, his passing, or her family's grieving process. While Jordan finds great comfort in sharing memories of her son to honor his legacy, the emotions involved are still raw and can be unpredictable. We encourage you instead to express your love, appreciation, and support by simply letting her know how happy you are to see her back. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigated these challenging months. We also want to extend our gratitude to our dedicated Peak Health team, whose commitment has ensured that your care remains consistent and a top priority. We look forward to supporting you on your health journey and are confident that Jordan’s return will bring renewed energy and inspiration to our community. Warm regards, Katie McManigal Peak Health Institute Medical Director 3S517 Winfield Rd Warrenville, IL 60555 |
